We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues beyond our control, acts of God, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By submitting a driver interest form or employment application through our website or through our third-party application platform (IntelliApp by Driver iQ), you acknowledge that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview
• Hoker Trucking LLC reserves the right to conduct background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings as permitted by law
• All employment decisions are made in compliance with applicable federal and state equal employment opportunity laws
• Your application information will be kept confidential and used solely for employment consideration
